You Explore Circus arts, We Pay the Bill!
Are you interested in learning some circus arts? The EPIC program is designed to increase access to circus arts education for residents of Plumas county. The program will connect EPIC recipients with a variety of circus arts classes and workshops at no cost to them. You’ll be a couple of events within 12 months of finishing the program (don’t worry, if you’re a little stage shy, we have some casual events to choose from too).
